What can I expect when using Wilf’s Restoration?

Having someone there to guide you through the process, can make the experience a lot easier to deal with than you might have originally thought possible.

Our Project Manager will communicate with you as well as coordinate and monitor every project from beginning to completion, giving you peace of mind that your project will be done efficiently and correctly.



What can “I” do to help in the process?

The three main ways you can help in the process are to know your insurance policy, make sure our team has access to your property even if you aren’t available, and communicate.

If an Insurer is involved, it is in your best interest to know what your policy will cover, and if any work will be your financial responsibility.

To avoid delays, it is important that our team can access the property even if you aren’t around. You may be comfortable with using a Lock Box Service, where your keys are securely stored on the property for use by the Project Manager. If not, please talk to the Project Manager about alternative solutions.

Lastly, always remember that communication is key! Please ask questions if you are unsure about anything. You can call or email the Project Manager at any time with concerns, or inquiries. We will ensure that your questions are answered in a timely fashion.
